1. Go to Mobile Phone settings >> network settings >> new apn; and new apn as below
Name : Aircel free internet proxy trick
apn : aircelwap (or) aircel wap.po
proxy: 199.167.133.151
Port : 80
Home page: en.m.wikipedia.org or 0.Wikipedia.org

FOR PC USERS

STEPS - Latest Aircel free internet via proxy configuration

I will recommend you to use Mozilla Firefox for setting up proxy trick.
1. Open Options.
2. Click on the advance tab and then network tab.
3. Click on Manual Connection setting and add settings as below
apn : aircelwap (or) aircel wap.po
Proxy: 199.167.133.151 OR 99.567.67.87 OR 10.4.42.15
Port : 80
Home page: en.m.wikipedia.org or 0.Wikipedia.org
4. Save the setting.
5.Now open home page given above; enjoy free unlimited internet on your pc with aircel sim
