Android Marshmallow 4G Smartphone Priced Rs 4000  – There are cheap phones and then there are cheaper phones and then there is the Intex cloud Fame. Cheapest 4G Android Marshmallow smartphone priced at just Rs 3,999. Can you believe it, it is true.

Price wars are setting a new record every day and this one is from Indian smartphone maker Intex.
Understanding the booming demand for 4G LTE smartphones in India, Intex has launched the entry level smartphone with 4G connectivity. As the competition in this budget is lowest, Intex is making use of it with the release of the Cloud Fame smartphone with 4G.
The smartphone is targeted towards buyers who want to try 4G, and the latest Android version – The Android Marshmallow 6.0.
These two features make it a great value for money, in spite of its sub-par specifications
The smartphone features 4.5 inch screen, and FWVGA screen resolution (854*480 pixels). The screen resolution is okay considering price, but it comes with Gorilla Glass 3 protection that is added value. It looks cuter from the back, can be bought as a second smartphone too.

Powering the smartphone is a  Quad-core processor an unspecified chipset coupled with 1 GB of RAM, on the software front, the handset supports gesture controls and loaded with apps including OLX, Matrabhasha, Skype, 360 security and opera Mini browser.
We can’t expect more on the camera section but it offers a 5 MP rear and 2 MP front facing camera. The storage space has 8 GB internal memory and a micro SD slot which supports up to 32 GB.
The smartphone’s battery is 1800 mAh. Intex Cloud Fame is said to provide standby up to 10 days, and with your typical usage and 4G networking eating up your battery if it lasts till evening I will be happy.
Previously, the Swipe Elite 2 smartphone was the cheapest one to offer 4G connectivity, which costs Rs 500 more than the Intex Cloud Fame.
In comparison between the two, the Swipe Elite 2 has better camera, screen and processor, the battery capacity is almost same with a difference of 100 mAh.
But The Intex cloud Fame have a major plus for running marshmallow, a point of envy for many high end smartphone buyers.  Speaking of records, it beats the Infocus Bingo 10 (Rs 4,299) which is also an entry level smartphone to run Android Marshmallow, but lacks 4G.
